• Username: Your 9 digit Banner ID number. If you do not know your Banner ID number call the registrar's office at 252-335-3300 and select Option 1.
• Password: Your Birth date: mmddyy
  Example: January 1, 1989 - enter 010189
• If you are unsuccessful logging in:
  • Contact the Registrar’s office to verify course registration.
  • Contact Student Accounts to verify your account has been cleared.
  • If you are registered and your account is cleared:
• Use the Forgot Password? feature below the login area on the Blackboard login page to reset your password.
• Call our 24/7 helpdesk
• Students will be able to access courses on the first day of the semester if you are registered and your account has been cleared.
